Your new role: As a Clinical Nurse within Specialty Outpatients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred ambulatory care while supporting efficient referral and waitlist management across a diverse range of tertiary specialties. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to both direct clinical care and service coordination. * Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for patients with complex needs within a specialty outpatient setting * Deliver clinical leadership in ambulatory care, including referral management, waitlist oversight and efficient clinic utilisation * Support service operations through portfolio responsibilities, quality improvement initiatives and participation in education and research * Act as a professional leader within the unit, including providing guidance and coordination in the absence of senior nursing leadership About you: You are an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory environment and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality patient care.
