We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to join this growing team in Melbourne.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained, tenancies are managed professionally, and all compliance obligations are met in line with Victorian legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential rental portfolio across Melbourne
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate leasing, inspections, and tenancy applications
- Prepare lease agreements and manage renewals
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
- Conduct routine inspections and condition reports
- Manage rental arrears, bond processes, and landlord statements
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
- Maintain accurate records using property management software
About You
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience with PropertyMe, Console, or similar software
Requirements
- Current Victorian Estate Agent's Representative Certificate or Licence
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
