Concession Store Leader
Our leading fashion retailer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our boutique-style retail space in Rundle Mall.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor and develop a small team to meet and exceed sales targets;
2. Deliver a personalised and premium customer experience;
3. Maintain strong visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines;
4. Build strong customer relationships through CRM and styling services;
5. Manage stock, store operations, and uphold brand presentation standards;
6. Work collaboratively with the department store team and head office support.
Requirements:
* A solid background in retail fashion management (concession experience highly regarded);
* A confident, service-driven leader with strong commercial acumen;
* A strong eye for style, presentation, and customer engagement;
* Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills;
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage a small team independently;
* Flexible and reliable with availability for weekend and peak trade periods.

7. Roster: Tuesday-Saturday.
