Project Lead

The Role:
* Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, including minor works and maintenance activities.
* Lead internal trades and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
* Maintain oversight throughout all project stages, from initiation to delivery.
* Take ownership of service contracts, ensuring performance aligns with KPIs and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver minor maintenance works and multi-trade projects to a high standard.
* Collaborate with internal teams, tradespeople, and external subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
* Provide hands-on support with trades work/maintenance as needed, promoting a culture of excellence.
* Organize Toolbox and Pre-start meetings that align with safety protocols and company goals.
* Conduct site audits and inspections, ensuring high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance.
* Support and train team members in company processes and systems, driving knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Promote accountability within the team, monitor workflows, and maintain job system accuracy.
* Manage job scheduling, resource allocation, and job profitability effectively.
* Collaborate with the Operations team on project leads or opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Trades person with experience in project supervision.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering multi-trade maintenance and construction projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to coordinate teams and manage subcontractors efficiently.
* Excellent understanding of project delivery processes and contract metrics.
* Effective systems and administrative capabilities for job tracking and invoicing.
* Ongoing possession of required site tickets, including White Card.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with local trades and suppliers.
* Strong comprehension of building codes and quality standards.
* A strong work ethic with a positive attitude towards collaboration and teamwork.
* Residency in Karratha, Western Australia, with no option for fly-in-fly-out arrangements.
* A requirement to own accommodation.
