Role: Liaison Officer
Pay/Level: PT – 30 hours / week, $35-$40 / hour
About Us:
StriveAbility is a small NDIS registered provider servicing the Sunshine Coast. The Liaison Officer role is based in our Maroochydore office. StriveAbility highly regards its quality of services and therefore what to grow our team to assist management to continue to grow meeting our high standards. The role is on site (Maroochydore) Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.00pm.
This role will commence in late January/February 2026 (negotiable).
Essential Requirements:
Must have previous rostering/scheduling experience within the NDIS sector.
Knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS).
Knowledge of NDIS regulations and framework.
Experience using Microsoft office, including spreadsheets.
Must have a current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.

Duties:
Develop, maintain and monitor the roster for our team of support workers.
Constant communication with support workers and the leadership team around scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of relevant staff and participant information.
Accurately develop and distribute invoices for service users.
Field calls for stakeholders and service users and action accordingly.
Collaborate with leadership and support workers in the organisation of our group programs.
Assistance with maintaining registers and compliance requirements.
General administrative tasks to meet business needs.
