Multi‑Site Role | Relocation Support Available
Frontline Health Recruitment is partnering with a large, well‑established medical imaging provider to recruit an experienced Lead Sonographer for a multi‑site role across four clinics in Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Sonographer who enjoys leadership, supporting teams, and maintaining high clinical standards while still remaining hands‑on.
About the Role
This is a regional leadership role where you will provide clinical leadership, technical expertise and people management across multiple Perth clinics (travel required). You will work closely with regional leaders and the national modality team to support quality patient care, team development and continuous improvement.
You will act as a role model for best practice, support performance and training, and help drive consistency and efficiency across sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and day‑to‑day support to Sonography teams across multiple clinics
* Maintain high standards of patient care, safety and diagnostic quality
* Support recruitment, onboarding and development of Sonographers
* Assist with training, mentoring and professional development programs
* Drive improvements in processes, systems and workflow
* Work closely with regional management to support operational outcomes
* Travel between clinics as required (within the Perth metro area)
About You
* Qualified Sonographer with current ASAR registration
* Strong experience across core ultrasound services
* Previous leadership or senior Sonographer experience highly regarded
* Confident communicator with strong people and organisational skills
* Passion for patient care, team development and continuous improvement
* Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
