The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the key link between clients and internal logistics teams, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time. This hands-on role covers customer liaison, documentation, and coordination across land, air, and sea freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client communication and provide timely shipment updates
* Coordinate with carriers, Customs brokers, and logistics partners
* Prepare and check freight documentation and delivery orders
* Support with invoicing, payment verification, and record keeping
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
