We are seeking an experienced Bar Attendant Supervisor to join our fine dining restaurant team. The role involves preparing and serving a range of premium beverages, delivering professional table and bar service, and assisting with guest seating and reservations. You will support daily bar operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and provide practical guidance to food and beverage attendants during service. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced hospitality environment while following responsible service of alcohol and workplace safety requirements.
Location: Wilyabrup, Western Australia, 6280. Due to the remote location of the venue, applicants are encouraged to have a driver's licence and/or reliable transport.
Full-time, salaried position, 38 hours/week, 5 days/week.
Competitive annual salary of $69k – $71k plus superannuation, based on experience and capability.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a range of premium cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages in accordance with venue standards.
* Deliver professional and efficient table and bar service within a fine-dining environment.
* Take beverage orders, provide recommendations to guests and ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Assist with guest arrivals including greeting patrons, coordinating reservations and supporting seating arrangements.
* Support daily bar operations by preparing garnishes, replenishing stock and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
* Provide guidance and practical assistance to junior food and beverage attendants during service.
* Carry out general waiting duties including clearing and resetting tables, collecting glassware and maintaining presentation standards.
* Assist with basic stock handling and preparation of bar areas for service periods.
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures and responsible service of alcohol requirements at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
The minimum qualification requirement is an AQF or equivalent Certificate II or III in a highly relevant field, or otherwise you must have at least one year full‐time (38 hours per week) previous experience in a similar leadership role in the last 5 years. You must also hold the following qualifications:
