Visitor Experience Manager – Q Station Manly
The Visitor Experience Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, policy implementation, and daily management of all activities across the property, including the visitor centre & museum, tours, educational programs, and the development of new visitor experiences.
This role extends beyond coordinating existing offerings; it involves the creation and oversight of a diverse range of activities designed to enhance the overall visitor experience at Q Station while ensuring compliance with property lease requirements.
The role will play a critical part in fostering business development, establishing and nurturing partnerships, and leveraging these connections to enhance the property’s overall value and appeal.
