About The Role
As the Deputy Principal you will:
* Improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools
* Develop the quality of teaching and learning
* Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
* Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and enact a shared educational vision that delivers high‑quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values‑based, ethical, and moral leadership role, embedding socially just and inclusive practices across the school.
* Set and sustain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance through effective leadership and accountability.
* Lead strategically with a futures‑focused mindset, actively engaging in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
* Build and maintain productive partnerships with parents, community groups, industry, business, and government agencies, while managing resources effectively and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
