**Position**: IT Support Technician

**Salary**:$35 p/h - $45 p/h

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a personable IT Support Technician with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Preferably you will have had experience working for an IT Services company. As a first point of contact with the company, you will be representing us to our clients. You will be providing support to our clients. From desktop support through to server support.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing with users at all levels.
- Clearly document and analyze issues/incidents.
- Appropriately escalate complex and critical issues/incidents.
- Assess and recommend improvements to existing IT systems and networks.
- Complete tasks in a timely fashion to minimize impacts to users.
- Keep a cool head under pressure, especially in an emergency.
- Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation.

- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with Exchange.
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools (Veeam / Datto).
