About This Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to foster key relationships with our partners, ensuring the retention of existing partnerships and driving revenue growth through new and existing client acquisition. This involves providing valuable insights, collaborating with business development teams to close new business opportunities, and aligning with marketing, product, and partner solutions teams to develop robust partnership strategies that meet commercial and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive engagement plans with assigned partners to reinforce our value proposition, understand their business needs, and increase transactions while securing long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements, demonstrating strong commercial acumen in constructing pricing and revenue arrangements.
- Accurately forecast partner transactions and gross profit, tracking revenues regularly for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in partnerships or channel management.
- Strong background in B2B sales across small to medium-sized businesses and enterprises.
- Sound knowledge of the financial technology industry across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data to develop profitable solutions.
