Your experience in the Collision repair industry has led you to this Full-time, permanent Estimator position available now at our Dandenong branch.

So, who can be an Estimator at SMART?
* Automotive repair industry experience, including Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, Technician and Dismantling are all highly regarded.
* We don't expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars, but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
* You'll also have good computer skills. While we train you with our in-house systems, you'll already have the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
* A proven ability to work within timeframes, while working with, and motivating your team to produce quality outcomes.
* Our roles are full-time and permanent, so you must be an AU / NZ citizen or permanent resident.
* Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
