**T**he Opportunity**
The Program & Vocational Skills Facilitator will plan facilitate and conduct support to participants undertaking Flagstaff NDIS funded services. In this role you will develop and implement a range of initiatives to contribute to the delivery of service-based programs, compliance standards and participant NDIS agreements. You will provide quality support for Participants (individually or in a group), with the delivery of programs that is focused on developing skills, boost community engagement, participation and inclusion and deliver training for workplace supports and qualifications.
It is essential that you bring an energy & passion in everything you do. We are looking for a creative thinker and someone who can take ownership of their own work with a focus on continuous improvement with the ability to deliver quality training and services that support the foundations of our programs. You will be responsive to the needs and goals of our participants, supporting the delivery of our programs that are flexible and caters for all abilities.
