Do work that matters
As an Agribusiness Analyst, you'll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional client experience. With our bold ambition of being number one in client satisfaction, the work you do will directly contribute to real outcomes for our customers—and shape your own success along the way.
You'll gain exposure to sophisticated Agribusiness Banking clients and the transactions that support them. From financial modelling and analysis, to identifying risks and opportunities in new lending, to preparing well‑crafted credit submissions—your attention to detail and strong written communication will set you up for success.
You'll also work closely with product specialists, support reporting activities, and help monitor portfolio performance.
What we're looking for
We're a high‑performing, customer‑focused team seeking a driven, collaborative, and adaptable Agribusiness Analyst who's ready to take their career to the next level.
You'll thrive here if you're eager to learn, enjoy solving complex financial problems, and want to work alongside some of the most skilled bankers in the industry.
We're looking for:
* Experience writing and analysing credit transactions, including annual reviews and reporting—ideally within Agribusiness, Commercial or Business Banking
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Credit, Group Lending Services)
* Well‑developed financial analysis, modelling capability, and strong commercial acumen
* Ability to quickly understand complex transactions, with experience in 'new to bank' lending and credit risk viewed favourably
* A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or similar (highly regarded)
