We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surgical Coordinator to join our team in February 2026. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and administrative roles, with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences. As a Surgical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing patient consultations, coordinating surgeries, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:Patient Coordination: Manage patient enquiries, schedule consultations, and coordinate pre-operative and post-operative appointments.Sales Support: Provide surgical quotes to patients at their initial consultation, lead all surgical conversions and reporting, assist in converting enquiries to consults.Administrative Duties: Liaise with hospitals and other medical professionals to book operating lists, maintain accurate patient records, handle billing and insurance claims, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing compassionate support and clear communication throughout their journey.Team Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales and/or administrative role. A plus if experience is in the healthcare or cosmetic surgery industry, but not required.Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
