You will oversee daily operations in our Edinburgh factory, responsible for end-to-end manufacturing performance.About the opportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our diverse team as a Production Supervisor.
This is a Full-Time Permanent role, Monday to Friday with a Day Shift – Flexible with hours.

Supportive working culture.About the roleReporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for three core areas of the factory: ensuring production schedules are met efficiently, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving a positive, safe, high-performing workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:Supervise and coordinate daily workflow across assembly, machine operations and fabrication teams.Ensure production targets and quality standards are met in line with production schedules.Lead, train, and support team members while promoting a strong safety culture.Monitor efficiency, equipment utilisation, and material flow to minimise downtime.Support process improvements through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Effective communication with management.About youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
You will demonstrate:Proven experience in a factory or production team leader/supervisor role (steel manufacturing highly regarded).
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, WHS practices and quality control.Effective problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making under time constraints.Strong communication, people management and interpersonal skills.Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.Tertiary degree in Engineering or related field is not essential, but highly desirable.We are keen to improve female and marginalised group representation.
