Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

* Manage and deliver civil engineering projects to a high technical standard, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with project timelines and budgets.
* Supervise and support drafters and designers to maintain quality and efficiency in design outputs.
* Lead the design team in producing accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using appropriate engineering software.
* Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and oversight throughout the design and documentation process.
* Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with statutory standards and internal quality systems.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years working experience in civil engineering, and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects
* Professional Engineering registration
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, standards and guidelines.
* Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience in time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
* Ongoing commitment to professional development through self-study, training and seminars, and maintaining your Continual Professional Development (CPD).
