Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll, including weekly payroll via Xero, employee schedules via Simpro, and coordination of FIFO team member flights.
* Oversee superannuation, leave entitlements, termination pays, and general payroll queries.
* Financial Transactions:
* Process daily customer invoicing via Job Costing Program, debtor collection of overdue accounts, receipt, entry, reconciliation, and payment of monthly bills.
* Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, including credit cards.
* General Administration:
* Answer and direct incoming calls, perform general data entry, maintain stock for stationery and staff amenities, and liaise with team leaders/department managers regarding administration, accounts, and payroll support requirements.
