We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and politically astute Executive Assistant to support our Co-CEO. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact organisation — ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, discretion and purpose-driven work.
About the Role
You will provide high-level executive support, coordinate major events and engagements, and act as a key liaison between the Co-CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
Executive Support
* Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel and competing priorities
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing materials and follow-up actions
* Draft correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing notes
* Triage communications, including email and stakeholder enquiries
* Ensure the Co-CEO are fully briefed and prepared for meetings, media and public engagements
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Act as a primary point of contact between the Co-CEO and staff, donors and external stakeholders
* Maintain stakeholder databases and track key engagement activities
* Support donor stewardship and fundraising communications as required
Governance & Organisational Coordination
* Track progress on CEO-led projects and organisational priorities
* Line manage the Events & Webinars Support role
Events & Operational Support
* Coordinate speaking engagements and public appearances
* Oversee private VIP events, including guest list curation and stakeholder liaison
* Coordinate external speakers for public events, including travel and logistics
* Oversee events budgets
* Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed
About You
You are:
* Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
* Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
* A strong writer with excellent judgement and discretion
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and donors
* Experienced in event coordination and logistics
* Comfortable working in a politically engaged, fast-moving environment
Previous experience supporting senior executives is essential. Experience in the public policy, advocacy, political or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
