Job Description:
This is a high-growth opportunity for an experienced childcare professional with a background in operations, centre management, or coordination. You will be responsible for driving outcomes and supporting teams in delivering exceptional programs in your region, enhancing delivery and exceeding expectations at every step to improve capability, quality, and support across your region.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and enhance embedded practices across services.
* Implement a standard approach to programming, safety, quality, and compliance.
* Coach and mentor teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge sharing.
* Manage rostering, finances, and community engagement.
* Reflect critically and plan to increase child outcomes in services.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the OSHC industry is required.
* Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
* Understanding of the National Law & Regulations.
* Knowledge of the National Quality Standard.
* Familiarity with internal policies and procedures.
* Positive attitude and a genuine desire for change.
* Completed qualification approved by ACECQA.
* Current first aid certification.
* Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.
