Tell me about this role:
We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) System Administrators (Field Service Representative) to manage and support complex networks and systems including hardware installation and configuration. The System Administrator will have understanding of cyber operations, system administration sustainment and maintenance, inclusive of software.
This is a permanent opportunity located in Canberra but will consider Melbourne or Adelaide. Interested candidates must be Australian citizens with an active NV1/NV2 clearance.
What will I be doing day to day?
* Level 1 and 2 support for all products.
* Auditing and asset management of materiel, at unit locations
* Participate in support request triage
* Maintain & administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints
What sort of skills do I need?
* Australian government and or Defence experience
* Demonstrated knowledge in IT Administration.
* VMWare vCentre – Progress through the VMWare vSphere learning pathway
* Certified SAFe Practitioner (Desirable)
* Strong communication skills
* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
