As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:
* Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells
* Operational management of the Gertig team
* Exceptional client service and management

Who You Are
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate in a similar role (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
* The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
