About the Role
IRT Greenwell Gardens - Nowra is seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Enrolled Nurse to drive high-quality services. This role aims to improve all areas of care while ensuring our residents achieve an optimal quality of life, with a focus on legislative requirements.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity.
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide a range of quality care services to customers whilst leading and mentoring the work of others
* Perform duties in accordance with the Care Plan including the administration of medications and wound care
* Report and respond appropriately to changes in conditions of customers
* Providing treatment in complex situations may also be required
* Attend GP rounds and liaise with other allied health professionals as required
* Contribute information and assist with the development of Care Plans/ACFI in consultation with RN
To Be Successful You Will Have:
* A current Nursing registration with AHPRA
* Comprehensive knowledge of clinical issues relevant to the field
* Ability to plan and prioritise work as required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A genuine interest in Aged Care
