• Employment Status : Permanent Part Time: Mon - Fri 8am - 12:30pm • Location: Wynnum • Remuneration: $33.22 + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances**Make a meaningful difference with BlueCare**We're looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others - through small moments that leave big impacts.Working alongside a small team of Field Officers and a Coordinator you will provide administration support to ensure that the Home Assist Secure program is delivered, and activities of the team are accurately recorded and reported.**Key responsibilities include but are limited to:*** Responding to requests for services from both existing and new clients - direct client phone liaison, reviewing MAC portal, assessing client eligibility and more.* Booking Field Officer schedules and recording trade contractor visits via Alayacare, Salesforce & Coupa .* Communication with contractors - for ordered works and billing follow-up.* Database administration - timely and accurate recording and end month billing processes.* Assistance with production of quarterly reports.* Assistance with service promotion - including client newsletters, mailouts, community information sessions, signing up of new participants.* Other duties as required - e.g. generating purchase requisitions, reconciling procurement card expenses.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
