Competitive Pay Rates
$38.56 – $42.28 per hour (depending on shift type and conditions)
About the Role
You will provide person-centred care that supports clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
Mobility support, manual handling, hoisting, and transfers
Community access, appointments, and social outings
Light domestic assistance (cleaning, meal preparation)
Providing companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting clients with high and complex care needs
Confident with manual handling and mobility equipment
Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability or equivalent
(Nursing and Paramedicine students encouraged to apply)
Current First Aid & CPR
National Police Check
Compliance Requirements
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Card
Blue Card
Right to work in Australia
