Their mission is anchored in empowerment, cultural integrity, and sustainable impact - with multiple offices including Alice Springs, they are a true pillar of service in the region.THE ROLEAs Human Resources Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee all HR and Work Health & Safety (WHS) functions across the organisation. This includes shaping and leading strategic initiatives in recruitment, staff development, industrial relations, injury management, and workforce planning. Based in Alice Springs with regular travel to other jurisdictions, you'll work closely with managers to support culturally appropriate workforce development and uphold consistent, compliant practices across the business.
