The Role:
* Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee.
* Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
* Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
* Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
* Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
* Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
The Person:
* You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience.
* You'll have a strong work ethic, taking pride in the service, you provide – you'll be willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team.
* You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise.
* You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
* Full time Australian working rights (Due to the setting of this environment the successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check).
