Must have local building experience in residential or commercial construction
Minimum 1-2 years of building experience required
Experience in Single and multi level residential construction.
Authentic and willingness to learn and grow in construction industry.
Tasks & responsibilities
Schedule and quantify materials to produce orders and costings.
Essential requirement for experience with construction scheduling and estimating software
2-5 years of quantity surveying or estimating experience required
Able to manage multiple construction projects at any one time
Experience managing 10+ construction projects simultaneously required
Solution focused and remain calm under times of pressure.
Maintain high level of relationship with site supervisors, trades, suppliers and colleagues.
Be able to work independent and whilst remaining accountable and part of a team.
