We're seeking an experienced Fire Services Engineer (Sydney or Melbourne based) with a strong background in building services and the confidence to operate in client-facing environments. This role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, contributing beyond pure technical delivery, and taking ownership of outcomes.
This position would suit a professional who:
* Has proven experience delivering fire services projects (Commercial, Fit Out, Residential and Industrial projects)
* Is comfortable engaging directly with clients and project stakeholders
* Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to design and delivery
* Values collaboration, clear communication and continuous improvement
* Wants to contribute to a business that is actively refining how it operates
* May not yet be at a senior level, but is ready to make that transition with structure and support
