Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‐store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
* Act as a tech expert, staying up to date with the latest gadgets and services and offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment and support the achievement of store goals.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and natural ability to connect with people.
* Solution‐oriented mindset, capable of tailoring solutions for each customer.
* Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Passion for learning and willingness to grow and develop skills.
* Resilience and positive attitude, able to cope with busy situations.
* Customer‐facing experience preferred but not required.
