As a store director, you will be a strategic business leader who delivers results through people management, process improvement, and sales growth strategies.
A successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in leading multi-site or big box stores with a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth. They must have a head for numbers, commercial acumen, and be able to monitor and manage multiple performance levers.
