Job Overview:
The role of a Customer Service Coordinator is to provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Access multiple computer systems to retrieve and update sales-related information, including financial systems, CRM's, inventory systems, and e-commerce websites.
* Manage high-volume email inboxes to process customer queries accurately and efficiently.
* Review, sort, and process high volumes of in-bound orders from e-commerce sites.
* Support customers through dedicated customer portals.
* Welcome and direct on-site visitors at the support office.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for customers.
* Process customer and supplier purchase orders.
* Update customer master data and perform general data entry tasks relevant to the customer onboarding and sales process.
* Develop a good understanding of products and services offered by the organization.
* Assist with sales support functions in other business units within the organization.
