The Role
Arsenault is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator part‐time to be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing.
* Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes.
* Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations.
* Conduct high volumes of data processing.
Required
* Experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable
* Ability to hit KPI's in a fast paced data processing environment.
* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
* Highly developed verbal communication skills.
