Lead our teams to give customers a differentiated experience. From driving sales targets to owning the training and development of a close‐knit team, the role of an ALDI Store Manager is diverse and dynamic.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
* Maintain the store's appearance, safety and cleanliness to the highest standards.
* Manage stock, monitor inventory and minimise losses.
* Collaborate with team members on registers, shelving and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas.
* Allocate resources effectively to hit goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist the Area Manager in selecting the right talent.

* Proven experience leading teams in a fast‐paced, customer‐facing environment.
* Exceptional leadership skills to motivate, mentor and guide the team.
* Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and an inclusive work environment.

Additional Information
* Market‐leading remuneration in the range of $115,300 – $151,600.
* 45‐hour per week contract.
* Comprehensive retail leadership training program from day 1.
