About the Role
The Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of SHE initiatives, reporting, and systems.
This key position involves:
* Weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of site SHE performance indicators.
* Providing administrative support and quality control for the review and development of SHE documentation.
* Distributing and reporting on SHE alerts.
* Assisting in the development and management of the SharePoint page dedicated to SHE matters.
* Supporting Business Partners and Asset Managers functioning as Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinators.
* Supporting the Country SHE Manager with additional tasks as required.
* Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Engaging in SHE Team planning and events.
Certification in workplace health and safety or environmental safety is highly regarded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
The SHE Administrator's primary duties include:
1. Compiling and submitting regular reports on site safety, health, and environmental performance.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date SHE documentation.
3. Issuing and tracking SHE alerts.
4. Contributing to the development and upkeep of the Australian SHE SharePoint page.
5. Collaborating with Business Partners and Asset Managers on rehabilitation and return to work initiatives.
6. Providing assistance to the Country SHE Manager as needed.
7. Fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
8. Participating in SHE Team meetings and activities.
