Responsibilities
* Work autonomously and in a team to complete commercial and apartment cost plan and tenders up to $80 mil.
* Liaise with development team, sub-contractors and architects during the cost plan and tender phase
* Receive support from an highly experienced Directors
* Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.
Your Background
* Ideally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a Cost Planning or Estimating role
* Keen knowledge of construction sector.
* Can manage cost plans and tenders from start to finish
