About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all things inventory, driving end‐to‐end supply chain performance and undertaking duties inclusive of demand & supply planning, inventory set up, purchasing and management of a small warehouse team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee & monitor all inventory across multiple sites
* Create and raise all Purchase Orders (POs)
* Maintain strong relationships, manage manufacturing logistics, and troubleshoot delays
* Manage delivery timelines and coordinate with freight brokers and shipping systems
* Analyse and track stock levels to match demand
* Ensure transparency and traceability in stock movements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to manage PO timelines and ensure delivery targets are met
* Review daily sales and stock data to recommend stock movements and reorders
* Analyse pre-orders, shipping costs vs charges, and revenue
* Track sales trends (online & wholesale) and develop actionable insights
* Produce detailed reports and support strategic decisions with data
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, schedule & manage a small team
* Monitor progress and resolve escalations throughout the day
* Manage orders, communicate updates, share stock levels/pricing, and resolve product issues
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will bring sound experience in a similar broad-based role coordinating supply across warehousing, logistics, inventory, ideally from a similar industry. You will be comfortable managing a small team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a professional in your field, you will be action oriented, organised and be able to deliver positive outcomes, with sometimes conflicting priorities.

* Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V lookups etc.)
* A proactive, can‐do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
