We are transforming how we deliver tennis to make it more accessible to more people, more often. To help us achieve this, we are looking for an Events and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at Tennis South Australia on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Partnerships, the Events and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and assisting with all events for Tennis SA and The Drive. This role involves coordinating all elements of events, ensuring strong planning documents are in place for smooth delivery.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
1. Strategically plan and execute all events for Tennis SA aligned with national and Tennis SA goals.
2. Coordinate and manage an annual event calendar with internal teams for seamless delivery.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing & Partnerships Team to create event-specific collateral for sales proposals, government submissions, and stakeholder documentation.
4. Assist in managing key stakeholder relationships and related documentation.
5. Support in securing and maintaining strategic partnerships and sponsorships vital to Tennis SA's success.
