The Role
Reporting to the
Maintenance Supervisor
, purpose of the role is to be responsible for the safe, quality and effective maintenance execution for the defined mechanical scope associated with Arrow Energy's compression, power, water treatment and wellfield assets.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
Execute assigned PM and CM scopes of work as defined by the company CMMS
Ensure all relevant maintenance data is captured in the CMMS including Work Order closure and CM notifications for defects identified while performing tasks.
Follow all prescribed Permit to Work and safe isolation practices including holding the positions of Permit Holder and/or Permit Authority as required.
Work flexible shift patterns as required to meet maintenance management requirements e.g. participate in night shift rosters or on call duties.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
Qualifications
Qualifications: High School / FE College [OR] 2 A Levels [OR] BTEC Higher National Diploma
Minimum of 3 years previous maintenance experience working in heavy industry, ideally within oil and gas – gas compression experience would be highly regarded.
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical trade
Gas Test Atmosphere MSMWHS217 or equivalent
Working at Heights -RIIWHS204D or equivalent
Light Vehicle Operations RIIVEH305 or PMASUP236
Current First Aid certificate
Demonstrated knowledge and experience using CMMS to record asset history, failure reporting and work order completion – SAP would be highly regarded
