About Twosisters The Label
Twosisters The Label is an Adelaide-based fashion brand with a global soul, known for effortlessly elegant occasion wear, bridesmaid dresses and statement pieces designed to make women feel beautiful and powerful. Reporting to the Directors, the Purchasing Manager will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the procurement and purchasing of fabrics, trims, packaging and finished garments, ensuring quality, cost and timely delivery align with our brand and growth strategy.
A critical component of the role will be to manage relationships with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers and support the establishment and ongoing management of our overseas workshop in China. Purchasing operations & inventory control
* Oversee the purchase order process from initial request through to shipment, delivery and invoice approval.
* Monitor and review inventory systems to ensure correct stock levels, minimise overstock and reduce stock‑outs.
* Operate and oversee recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, ensuring timely re‑ordering and re‑stocking.
* Liaise with warehouse / 3PL and logistics partners to coordinate inbound freight, customs clearance and delivery schedules for shipments from China and other regions.

* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for purchasing, supplier onboarding and quality control (including the China workshop).
* Ensure compliance with company policies, trading terms and relevant legislation (including ethical and responsible sourcing expectations).
* Prepare regular reports on spend, stock turns, supplier performance and cost‑saving initiatives.
* Lead and mentor purchasing / logistics support staff, directing daily activities and monitoring performance.
