We're looking for a Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our Group Sustainability team on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract covering parental leave. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering Stockland's external sustainability reporting, compliance and systems management to make a real impact on how we share our ESG strategy and progress with the world.
You'll lead the voluntary side of reporting, working closely with our passionate sustainability team, and manage the end-to-end reporting process – a project that spans every part of our business. Giving you exposure to investment management, development, and enterprise functions. You'll also be the main point of contact for our external assurance partner and environmental system manager.
What You'll Do
Project manage Stockland's annual ESG reporting suite, including ESG Data Pack and Management Approaches.
Coordinate external assurance and submissions for investor ESG surveys like GRESB and S&P CSA.
Manage our environmental data system (Envizi) and ensure compliance with National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting.
Build strong relationships across enterprise functions including People and Culture, Safety, Risk, Indigenous Engagement, Strategic Procurement and more.
Drive continuous improvement in sustainability governance, reporting and data management.

Experience & Skills That Count
Significant experience in sustainability reporting preferably within an ASX listed environment.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage long reporting cycles.
Experience with sustainability disclosure frameworks and external assurance processes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Bonus points for experience with Envizi or similar environmental data systems.
Property sector experience is a nice-to-have.
