We’re looking for a brow-obsessed, people-loving, energy-bringing Salon Manager to lead our two small Highbrow Society salons in Fremantle and Vic Park. We also have another role for a brow artist who is experienced with lash lifts and laminations.
This is an opportunity for the right person to step into a role where they can shape the culture, raise the standards and bring fresh life to two beautiful little salons.
Our current manager has been incredible for the last 6 years and there will be a long, supportive handover, so you’ll have time to learn everything properly before stepping into the role. We are looking for new energy, new ideas and a new spark.

The Role
You’ll be running our two boutique brow salons. keeping them organised, inspired and full of happy clients.
This includes:
• Leading, training and supporting a small, lovely team
• Making sure services stay elite ( brows, laminations, lash lifts and cosmetic tattooing )
• Keeping bookings, any complaints and reviews running smoothly
• Ordering stock and day to day running of salons
• Bringing creative energy 📸
• Noticing what could be better and improving it
This role works across both salons on a permanent weekly roster, so you’ll need to be genuinely happy working in both Fremantle and Vic Park. We love having one consistent leader across the two spaces, it keeps the culture strong and the standards high.
