Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Employee relations and industrial matters, including policy and compliance
* Training and development initiatives to support capability uplift
* Leading engagement and wellbeing surveys and action planning
* Driving improvements in induction and employer branding
* Supporting and implementing HRIS enhancements
* Providing trusted HR advice and partnering with leaders across the organisation
This role plays a critical part in streamlining people practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a generalist or senior HR role
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and industrial relations frameworks
* Experience working in complex or regulated environments (education highly regarded)
* Confidence advising leaders and influencing stakeholders
* Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
