Remuneration: $135,826.04 - $138,534.10 per annum pro rata

About The Role

The Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 (CNC2) McGrath All Cancer Care Coordinator provides an advanced level nursing service as an expert in the specialty field and facilitates linkages and relationships with Local Health District nurses/midwives and medical officers to support patient management. Providing assessment, care planning and review of patients in collaboration with the primary service providers to ensure that the McGrath Model of Care and other certified evidence based practices are utilised.
