Gelato Messina Randwick is looking for a churner to join our team of Ice cream Chefs. We're offering 25 hours a week. Your duties will be: Churning fresh gelato on a daily basis Monitor stock to ensure a constant supply of gelato Ensure the kitchen is always clean. Maintain and implement correct Food Safety Practices Orders and stock management Help with deliveries Help front of house service when needed Please note that the role includes shift behind the bar serving customers and other store duties and is not limited to production only. The ideal applicant should: Able to work in excess of 25 hours per week Have previous experience in busy environments, worked in a kitchen in any position or behind the bar or as a waiter Have an excellent grasp of English and the ability to communicate with all types of people We don’t need any previous experience in gelato. What we need is someone with energy, personality and willing to learn something new.
