Base pay range
A$140,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

The Company
* High-end residential and commercial builder.
* Specialise in architectural residential new builds, renovations and extensions, and commercial new builds and fit outs.
* Projects range in value from $2m to $15m.
* Have been in business for over 20 years.
* Office based in South West Sydney - Liverpool.
About The Project Manager job role
* Project planning and programming.
* Procurement.
* Project administration.
* Use of Procore and MS Project.
* Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super.
Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy
* Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
* Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
* Good client facing and relationship building skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
* Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
* Good level of IT literacy.
