* Mentor and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Care Staff

* Identify and respond to acute changes in resident health and implement appropriate interventions

* Assist in care planning, hospital discharges, and post-acute reviews to ensure optimal outcomes

* Support clinical incident management, documentation, and shift handovers

* Liaise with allied health and medical professionals to ensure integrated care delivery
