We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader interested in a Deli/ Retail ready Meat Supervisor role in our Middlemount store.
You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be required to work a rotational roster which may include weekends and public holidays.
Experience:
* Experience working in a Fresh department
* Ability to drive sales ,achieve budgets and exceed targets
* Knowledge and experience with WH&S and safety requirements
* Excellent Customer Service skills
Preferred
* Delicatessen, hot food or fresh food experience strongly preferred
* Retail industry experience
