Your role will include:
* Supervising concrete formwork operations across various projects
* Coordinating and managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
* Liaising with Project Managers to maintain schedules and resolve challenges
* Leading by example and mentoring crew members
We're looking for:
* Hands on approach to a set out is important
* Comprehensive experience in construction plans, sequencing and technical drawings
* Proficient in setting out concrete works and understanding tolerance, specifications
* Proven experience in supervising concrete formwork projects
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A commitment to safety and high-quality work
